PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments can be made either in cash or with your credit card. No cheques will be accepted. 

CHILDREN

Regretfully children under the age of 16 years is not permitted at our spa.

MOBILE PHONES

We do have lockers in the changing rooms for you to stow away your valuables and your mobile phone. Should you choose to keep your mobile phone with you, please ensure that it is switched off during treatments. Kindly set your ringer on silent when using the open areas including the relaxation zone so as not to disturb other guests

PUNCTUALITY

Please ensure that your electronic consultation is completed prior to your arrival to ensure that your treatment time is not lost. Arrive at least fifteen minutes before your appointment. Should you arrive after your scheduled time, your treatment time will either be reduced accordingly. The original price for the treatment will be charged regardless of the duration of your treatment. Please bring along your swimsuit/shorts for the use of our spa facilities. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least six hours’ notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

INDEMNITY

Casalea Spa, its therapists and its Management do not accept responsibility for injuries, adverse reactions or complications before, during, or after treatments;

We will accept no responsibility for theft, damages, loss or accidents that occurs on our premises. Entering our premises is at your sole discretion and personal risk.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• High blood pressure or Heart conditions
• Any recent surgery
• Muscle or joint injuries
• Any product or nut allergies
• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or diabetes 

Any other contra-Indication or medical status not listed above.
